Cassandra's legal assistant services have been above and beyond amazing. Her support is unparalleled to any assistant, paralegal, or secretary I have ever used. She gets done right and figures things out without me having to even show her how to do it. When she needs to ask questions, she does. She is detail oriented and meets deadlines. She is organized, great with technology, and truly cares about her work product. I can't say enough good things. Hiring her paralegal services has been the best decision I have made for my business. I finally feel like I can do "lawyer" things, and she takes the workload off me with administrative, scheduling issues, and drafting such as proposed orders, notices etc. She even does research!

If you are reading this, then you are either a prospective employer or one of Cassandra Lee Hahn-Kroerung's proud friends/family members. Both should know how exceptional Cassandra is at her work. Cassandra came to work for me as my secretary in April 2012. At the time, we subbed out our paralegal work, but Cassandra did her fair share of it, anyway. She left in July 2013 to see how her daughter would like living in her home State of Wisconsin. When she left, I told Cassandra that if she ever came back, she could name her terms. Luckily for my practice, the winters were a little too cold for her daughter, and she came back to work for me a year later in the summer of 2014. To accommodate trus extraordinary woman's abilities, our restructured office eventually consisted of Cassandra, as paralegal, and a secretary/bookkeeper to assist Cassandra, my office manager and me. For the last six years, our office has worked seamlessly that way. We have an active civil litigation practice, mostly plaintiff work, mostly personal injury. We also handle some defense work and commercial litigation. Our practice is in both federal and state court, and we do quite of bit of admiralty work and foreign resort personal injury work, For the foreign resort work, we handle a Jot of jurisdiction and forum non conveniens issues, which require sigruficant and extensive pre-litigation legal research and research over all forms of media and government filings in the U.S. and abroad. Cassandra excelled in all fronts. As a matter of fact, when I told a certain defense attorney, who also is a former federal judge, that Cassandra had left my practice, he said that he knew I would miss her, because her research on jurisdiction was far more extensive and compelling than any other attorneys had developed against his client. She is so good, that my opposing counsel know it, and those who have been my co-counsel on cases come to depend on her, rather than their own office personnel. I could go on and on extolling Cassandra's virtues, but I will limit myself to two more qualities: (1) she only knows that it's time to stop when the job is done; whatever it takes at whatever time, Cassandra will do it; and (2) the clients love her. I never would have let Cassandra leave me were it not for me getting older and needing to cut back to some minimum core cases for the next few years that are in my wheelhouse and regarding which I won't need much new research developed. If you are a prospective employer, hire her immediately. If you are a friend/family member, you should be proud of Cassandra.

I have used Cassandra Hahn- Kroening’s paralegal services for the past three years. Her service and work product has been consistently excellent and she provides quick turnaround time on all the projects that I have assigned to her. Cassandra’s legal knowledge and skills are equal to or greater than many of the attorneys who I have dealt with in my 30 plus years as a member of the Florida Bar. Her hourly rate and billing practices are very reasonable. She is a major asset to my practice and I recommend her highly.

I have the honor and privilege of working with Ms. Cassandra Hahn for several years as a senior paralegal for my complex business litigation practice and she has been an exceptional asset to our legal team.   Ms. Hahn has worked with me on all aspects of civil litigation including filing and defending lawsuits, substantive motion practice,  discovery, trial preparation and trial and she has always been the ultimate professional.  Ms. Hahn is organized, diligent, detail-oriented, has great staff and time management skills and works well with clients.  Most recently, she assisted me in a trial in Palm Beach County that involved voluminous exhibits, difficult witnesses, and complex legal issues and I could not have conducted the trial without her extensive experience and professionalism.  She is also a pleasure to work with and provides superior paralegal skills that are required for a busy and complex legal practice.
